And midfielder N'Golo Kante has said that he is ready sacrifice everything to get used to the new role he's given by the new manager.
"But actually, I think that suits him in terms of if you want to play a pressing game at a high intensity, who is better at that than Kante?"
The chain-smoking Italian has reportedly relaxed two rules that were put into place by Conte in recent years.
"To play for your nation on the world stage is worth more than money can ever buy, and I get to do that, so I am very fortunate", Kante told The Mirror. "It will require a lot of sacrifice from us all, so that is why I have to continue moving forward as a player".
"That's why he (Sarri) talked about "fun" football. Now we have a different style, that's why we can create problems for Arsenal".
Tedesco proved last season that he could set up a team of young players to play attacking, winning football.
The mood around the club certainly seems to be more optimistic than it was at times a year ago already and a player of Willian's quality committing his immediate future to the team can only be a good thing as Sarri tries to implement his unique style of play.
That approach was rarely successful against Arsenal, who Chelsea host at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
