"For humanitarian reasons, Jordan gave the United Nations permission to organize the passage of Syrians who entered the Occupied Golan after Britain, Germany and Canada presented a legally binding pledge to resettle them after three months", Safadi tweeted Sunday.
In a statement on Sunday, the Israeli military said it had completed "a humanitarian effort to rescue members of a Syrian civil organisation and their families. due to an immediate threat to their lives".
It added that the White Helmets and their family members were transferred to a neighbouring country, which it did not name.

The White Helmets confirmed in a tweet Sunday that volunteers and their families were evacuated to Jordan for "purely humanitarian" reasons after becoming "trapped in a unsafe area".

Numerous fighters surrendered under Russian-brokered deals and were transported to rebel-held areas in the north of the country.

Euronews has contacted the White Helmets for comment on the reports.
Many White Helmets volunteers have also been killed while doing their work - trying to rescue civilians trapped in bombarded buildings or providing first aid to injured civilians.
Civil defense workers in that area turned down requests for an interview about the evacuations of their colleagues in the south calling the matter "too sensitive".
With its new advances, government forces are, for the first time since the civil war began in 2011, retaking this territory from the rebels and restoring their positions along the disengagement line in the Golan Heights. "The lives of these people, who have saved lives, were now in danger".
The plan had been to evacuate 800 White Helmets and their families, but only 422 made it.
Since the offensive began, Jordan said it will not open its borders to the newly displaced Syrians.
