With Ronaldo moving to Juventus, the biggest transfer saga this summer will centre on whether or not Eden Hazard will leave Chelsea.
Chelsea have revealed their away kit for the 2018-19 season and picked out Eden Hazard to model it despite rumours gathering pace that he will leave the club.
"I think he's our best player", Fabregas said of his teammate after reaching Perth ahead of Monday's friendly against Perth Glory.
The 29-year-old has seen himself frustrated in recent seasons by the lack of first-team opportunities and it seems as though he wants to take this opportunity to move to another club.
"He's a player that we all love to play with, especially me".
"A telephone call without looking them in the eye would not give me any certainty", said Sarri.
Hazard has just under two years remaining on his contract with Chelsea and has not committed to a new deal with the club.
"I am sorry that my English is not the best, but I don't want to say anything wrong. I would love us to start well and we are all very excited to start this new adventure".
Chelsea are beginning life under head coach Maurizio Sarri, who was unveiled on Wednesday after replacing the sacked Antonio Conte.
The 30-year-old Polish worldwide is in the final years of his contract and there is a possibility that he might join the 2017-18 UEFA Champions League winners.
