"Stamford Bridge holds special memories for them and us after the win there in our first season in the Premier League".
Antonio Conte has rubbished newspaper reports claiming a number of Chelsea players had made contact with former assistant manager Steve Holland telling him they miss him and were unhappy with the club's current training methods.
A Chelsea spokesman interrupted the questioning to dismiss the veracity of that story, but Conte went on a rant.
They narrowly survived an Edin Dzeko-inspired comeback from Roma in the Champions League and throwing away a lead and dropping points is becoming a increasing problem for Antonio Conte's men, who risk dropping further afield away from the likes of the two Manchester clubs and Tottenham at the top of the table. If someone is happy to continue to write this I answer very well. I can accept this but to put another person in this way [Holland], I think this is incorrect and it is not good that this person has to send me a message to tell me I am sorry "that this is not true". I see in the past it happened the same with a lot of managers. I can accept writing that the club is ready to sack me.
Conte also opened up on regularly talking with Ancelotti.
'Why put another person in this bull***t. He's working very well and he's understanding this football and what I want from him.
"I hate this type of situation".
Wilson added: "I don't just want to play in cup matches, I want to work hard and open my Premier League account for the season".
"A lot of bullshit" Conte said.
"Yes, yes, yes I am in touch with Carlo he is my friend but he doesn't mean nothing".
He also confirmed that N'Golo Kante and Victor Moses will not be available today.
He spent the last few days in London catching up with friends and it is understood he is aware of the interest in reappointing him at Chelsea.
