The court also issued perpetual warrants against Nawaz Sharif's two sons, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, and declared them proclaimed offenders for failing to appear in court despite repeated summons in the case.
Replying to a question about her brothers Hassan and Hussain Nawaz appearance in the court, she said they would take the decision of returning to Pakistan on their own.
Sharif and his sons were absent during the hearing as they are still in London to attend to Kulsoom.
Sharif, his children - Hussain, Hassan, and Maryam, and her husband Captain Safdar are expected to appear in court on October 9 and be indicted in the corruption cases.
Kulsoom Nawaz, the wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, will undergo her first chemotherapy session in a United Kingdom hospital, her daughter announced on Twitter on Tuesday.
The judge barred Safdar from leaving Pakistan without its permission but rejected the NAB's request to confiscate his passport.
"These trials will last till the day of judgement unless something emerges in which he (Nawaz Sharif) or anyone from his family is caught", she said. "I do not need to say anything here, the way things have been going on over the past year and a half has revealed the truth to the nation", a leading news channel quoted her as saying.
The body also froze the bank accounts and seized properties of the Sharif family.
Later both Maryam Nawaz and Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar appeared the Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir amid tight security arrangements. After the court proceedings, Maryam told reporters, "They have already punished my father by disqualifying him from office".
Marriyam Aurangzeb, the Minister of State for Information, later told reporters that Hussain and Hassan were both foreign residents and the law that applies on those doing business overseas also applied on the two.
"When they could not find any evidence, they disqualified him on the Iqama (work permit) issue", she contended.
