Pakistan has repeatedly claimed that the Jadhav case concerns its national security and ICJ can not hear the case under the Vienna Convention.
"ICJ will never acquit Kubhushan Jadhav", he said.
Special Assistant to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said worldwide court can not halt executions in those countries where capital punishments are allowed, Samaa reported.
The ICJ had also said that its ruling is binding.
As far as the interim stay granted by ICJ is concerned, it is clarified that the Jadhav case has only begun and the final decision will be based on the merits of the case. The ICJ rejected Pakistan's argument that it had no jurisdiction in the matter and acknowledged the urgency of Jadhav's case.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, addressing a passing-out parade of the Frontier Corps at Warsak, said it was India which had approached the ICJ and the government would deal the case according to the law of the land, adds APP.
The ICJ's decision to hold Jadhav's execution came as a relief to the Indian government, which is now readying for the next set of hearings in the case.
Jadhav's case is the latest flash-point in the tensions between Pakistan and India.
Jadhav's arrest and the subsequent death sentences raised hackles in New Delhi.
The lawyer also claimed Indian officials and the country's press were slandering him while discussing the case. "I never said this as the forum for Kashmir is UN Security Council", he said. The Pakistani authorities then asked him to show his visa documents, but the man said that he does not have any such documents. I cancelled another professional commitment with another government to travel to Pakistan urgently.
The resolution moved in the Punjab Assembly said, "The ICJ's decision is a well-planned conspiracy and interference in Pakistan's internal affairs".
